TensorHub

who you’d be hiring

Hi. I’m Arul.

Arul Pugazh, founder of TensorHub Solutions, Edmonton

Fig. 1 · Arul, Edmonton · 2026

I build websites for the businesses on my street. There’s one of me, and that’s the whole company. When you call, I answer.

I moved to Edmonton in 2019. Along the way I built and have maintained a small Edmonton site · oilcityfoods.com · since 2023, which means I see firsthand what a website costs a small business in time every week. Updating it shouldn’t take longer than a quick phone call · on most WordPress sites, it does.

So I started building websites the way I wished mine had been built · hand-coded, with no plugins to break, no monthly platform fees stacking up, and one person on the other end of the phone who knows what’s on every page.

I’m not the right person for everybody. If you want a 40-page enterprise site or an online store with five-figure SKU counts, hire an agency. But if you run a salon, a café, a shop, a clinic, a one-truck trade · and you want a website that makes the phone ring without taking your weekends back · that’s what I do.

§ 02 · Why local matters

The person who builds your website should be able to walk over.

01 · I meet

I meet you in your shop

I sit at the counter for thirty minutes, watch what your customers actually do, and write that into the homepage. You can’t outsource that.

02 · I take

I take photos of your storefront

If you don’t have the photos, I bring a camera. Real Edmonton storefronts beat stock photography on every single metric I can measure.

03 · I’m here

I’m here next year

I’m not relocating, not selling the business, not going part-time. I’m not the Kijiji freelancer who stops answering in 2027.

§ 03 · A live site I built and maintain

Oil City Foods.

A small Edmonton vending business · oilcityfoods.com · that I built and have maintained since 2023. Same hand-coded setup I’d build for you · same hosting, same edit turnaround, same SEO basics. If anything was going to break in that setup, it’d break here first.

§ 04 · What I believe, in one breath each

01

A website is a phone call waiting to happen.

Everything on a small-business site is either making that call easier or harder. There’s no third option.

02

Plugins are how websites die.

Every plugin is a future security alert, a future broken page, a future Sunday I spend fixing it. Hand-coded means none of that.

03

A page that loads in three seconds is a page nobody read.

Your customer is on a phone, on the bus, with two bars of LTE. Build for that customer or build for nobody.

04

You can’t outsource knowing your business.

I’m not going to write your About page for you using ChatGPT. We’re going to talk on the phone and I’m going to write down what you actually said.

§ 05 · Call me

Twenty minutes on the phone is the fastest way to know if I’m the right person.

(780) 863-4422

Or send me three lines

I’ll call you back today.

I answer the same day. Usually within an hour.
